Here we are with a new throttle tube, I use these on all the bikes I have built over the years and it is a tried and tested part that I offer to other people out there.

Most of the original tubes have hardened over the course of time and they become quite fragile in the end.

You do not notice this until you change your throttle cables and the old tube brakes when you try to attach the throttle nipple in its seating.

So here we are with a 5 and a half inch throttle tube and is ready to go and use on your motorcycle.

This is a good quality universal throttle tube that caters for many makes and models, here are just some listed below, so you have an idea if the model you have will be able to use the ones we use.

These are made of PTFE and are a very durable and robust composite that is ready to go on your machine if you have a 2 cable push and pull set up.Have a look at yours but I have always fitted these to my Cb750 Honda’s and trust them.
