HOT ROD MODEL A FORD RINGER SHIRT A-BONE ROADSTER FLATHEAD

Well, I thought it was about time I came up with some cool design shirts, and this time I wanted to have a Nostalgic design that many of us all share and I have to admit, I am super stoked at the New shirt.

This is a Strong Emphasis on Old School Hot Rodding, the A-Bone was quintessentially the Prototype of things to come as regards to creating a new style of vehicle that incorporated many other parts from other vehicles to make the machine faster, stop quicker and perform well more than the original was designed to do.

Also on a budget as most people back in the late 1940’s didnt have much money to lavish out on a new car, so with all the experienced earned from being over sea’s on WW2, many of these engineers came up with ways to improve their ride using other cheap parts.

 

 

The Hot Rod was Born.

And the AV8 was created, so much so that I was in awe of the machines I saw in all the old Hot Rod Magazines of the day, IE – Honk- Hop Up- Rod & Custom- Rods inc etc.

So here is a very cool shirt that is from pre-shrunk 50% cotton and 50% polyester with a double-needle stitched hem, taped neck and shoulders, and a 7/8″ seamless collar, its DryBlend technology delivers moisture-wicking properties. This is the old Ringer style shirt that goes back to the late 1940’s too and being a medium weight, its a tough shirt that will stand the test of time.

If you are truly into the Hot Rod way of life, how can you not like this design, Model A Roadster with a 1939 Flathead, with Dropped beam axle, Juice brakes, 36 radius rods, chopped windshield and 48 Ford steering with 40 Ford steering wheel and a set of Kelsey Hays 16 inch wires on bias ply tires.

I have Just come back from the Bonneville Salt Flats where there were many Hot Rods racing and where Time trials first started, so if you are into that type of thing, this shirt really is right up your alley.
