It’s hard to believe, but not everyone likes the look of exhaust wrap. But despite different visual tastes, we haven’t met one customer that likes getting burned from a hot exhaust. DEI now offers a our premium Titanium material, in the form of a sleeve. This great looking alternative to traditional wrap satisfies the eyes while offering the same amount of insulation and protection.

Each kit includes four of our stainless steel locking ties and tie tool to ensure a secure fit.

If you looking for a little extra dress-up, our larger T-bolt clamps are a great way to secure sleeve and add some extra polish.

These kits are so easy to use, I was one of the earliest to use this Titanium sleeve on my Triumph Thruxton, I have had this on my machine for almost almost a year in all weathers and temperatures with no issues what so ever.

In-fact I have stopped burning my legs since fitting these Titanium sleeves, as before the stainless would end up burning the hell out of my legs in less than 20 minutes, we just come back from a 400 mile ride and no issues.

This is way easier than the standard wrap set up, although that is great too, but I simply removed my rear mufflers, slid the sleeve over and attached the clamps, attached mufflers and that was it, back on the tarmac in just a few minutes.

These really did cut the heat down and saved my legs to be honest and I am sure you will love the ease that these fit and look.
