Finned Polished Aluminum Oil Tank Cap
Here we are with another New product from us here and this is something you may really like?
This is our very own finned oil tank cap that is machined from 6061 T6 and then polished to a chrome finish.
A really nice set up for your machine and an instant Custom look and easy to fit too.
This has been machined so that it fits snug over your old beaten up dipstick cap and literally, just tap it on and you are good to go.
Remember to fit your dipstick to the tank first then decide where you want the fins to fit, I prefer to have them Horizontal, then just tap the cap on, I ten take the dip stick off and tap it with a Hyde hammer with a cloth on it ad that’s it, as simple as that.
A very cool look and ready to rock in no time at all.
If you have a Cafe Racer, a Chopper, a Bobber, a Brat or a Custom and want to clean up the oil tank , then this is a really cool way to do it.
Have a look and see what you think?
I use them on my machines and thought that you may like them as well?
So treat ya self, we ship all over the globe and you will love the quality of this part.
1971 CB750 CAFE RACER FOR SALE $4000
OK- here we go with a cool little CB750 HONDA Cafe Racer for someone out there, who wants to have a fun ride right now.
This is a cool little ride and is a 1971 CB750K with a recent motor overhaul, this runs great and is titled and tagged to boot.
This has a new LED headlight that functions really well.
I have Just fitted a New Stainless Steel Yoshimura style 4 into 1 system and that sounds awesome, and hugs the bike very well indeed.
The exhaust is one of my first stainless for the public and it sure looks and sounds really great, these are made at a pro shop and I am so happt with the fit and finish of our latest exhaust system.
This is not a show bike but a fun ride none the less and hence the price, this is great value for your hard earned buck.
We often get a few trade ins and just tweak the bike a little and let you guys or girls, change the bike to how you want it for your personal use and these bikes we advertise on our site have had a road test and a service too.
This is a good time to buy as you have some of your festive time coming up and can ask for good presents for the big day on the 25th of December.
This still has the original Candy Paint on the headlight bucket, gas tank and the side covers, have a look and see what you think? As if you do not like the color as restorer would buy these from you and you can get another set off eBay and paint to what ever color scheme you like.
If you are looking for something to get on right now and play with, then look no further than here as I will also try and add some video later so you can see and hear this machine.
Everything functions on this motorcycle and it wont be long until you have changed it to suits your needs and tastes etc but a superb platform to use as this is the machine that I really enjoy working with.
This has a bobbed rear fender with a Beeza light and the bike runs on 19 inch front and 18 inch rear rims.
Runs on Dunlops and all seems to function well, I shall ride it a few more miles today, but on Wednesday we are off to Las Vegas for the Sema show so will be back on Saturday, although you can always email us at carpy@carpyscaferacers.com or text us on 714-598-8392 if you need anymore information.
This bike sits well and has an old set of RC rear 13 inch coil spring shocks to soak up any imperfections on our roads.
This has a Guilerri style racing seat that’s quite comfortable and is hinged.
Just some good old spit and polish and you will have a head turning machine that’s for sure.
Drop us a line if you need any more information OK? We are here to help or advise and thanks for having a look at this 1971 CB750 HONDA Cafe Racer.

The headers look great in Stainless steel and wont rust either.
Here is a video below I just took for you to at least hear the exhaust system.
Greased Lighting – Mechanical Lamps
Here at the shop we do more than just build motorcycles, we have a few skills that we like to use and I am sure that some of you will enjoy these mechanical lamps that we create and sell to everyone for their house, their man cave, their shop, or for a cool display at an event etc.
These are all very unique and hand made by Dakota and me, we spend time deciding what to do and then we create these ultra cool lamps that are not only a piece of sculptured art, they actually function as they were intended for and that’s a lamp.
We have made quite a few of these and they have been welcomed by all that see them, these lamps are made from parts I have in the shop and we kind of recycle them, so nothing goes to waste, that’s a good thing right?
These are one offs and we can also make to your requirements if you would like something that you want for your place.
These also make super gifts for any time of the year and something that will last a long time, if you look at some of these, we make some that are 40 pounds in weight and they will never rust away that’s for certain.
If you want something that turns your dial, and have a space allocated for a cool lamp- then come check us out.
You will pay more for a New lamp at a warehouse and everyone else will have that or comment and say ” oh that’s from IKEA” etc
So grab something that is unusual, a one off and a great conversation piece.
We love what we do and are starting to attend a few shows, to let people know what else we have available, we ship all over the world and am sure that we can accommodate your order.
Have a look or give us a call and ask us how we can help you create a wonderful mechanical lam for your place.
Drop us a dime at 714-996-4597 or email us at carpy@carpyscaferacers.com as we are more than happy to help you.
NEW EXHAUST BAFFLE FOR 2.5 INCH PIPE $50.00
Here we are with one of my 2.5 inch baffles and now available to purchase separately for what ever you are making yourself.
This is what I use in my 4 into one systems for my cb500,cb550,cb650,cb750 sohc and dohc models, a very universal baffle.
This secures itself with a set screw and you only have to drill a small hole for the screw to fit into and that’s it.
This is of course removable and can have many uses in many machines and set ups.
Made of steel and fluted well, these is a great sounded baffle and of course, it comes with the fiberglass wadding that I personally never use as I like the crackle of the exhaust with just the bare baffle in the pipe but that choice is up to you lot.
Available now and yes, we ship around the world, so- if you have a 2.5 exhaust, then this is right up your alley.
HONDA 1000 SUPER HAWK 1998 $2200
Looking for s project?
How about this 98 Super hawk, that’s still registered and running, it has a Busa front end and sounds tight, might be a good ride for someone to get to and fro to work etc, but- it needs some things like a speedometer etc, but I will add a video of it running later today so you can see and hear it.
Fires right up and revs hard, I rode it all through the gears with no worries. This has a title as i JUST got it in as a trade from Idaho, so have the title and the key and I JUST rode it.
Could make a wicked street fighter if you have the time and that is something I don’t, got it as a trade in.
Does all the usual, IE- lights the rear tire up and wheelies and am sure someone would have a blast on this.
I mean, she is a 1000cc motor and sounds pretty tight to be honest, just not what I am into as I dig the Classic Honda’s, but a great deal for someone out there that’s for certain.
Have a look and see what you think, if I don’t sell it, I will use as a pit bike or something or make some cafe pipes and change the seat.
MECHANICAL LAMP FOR SALE $249.00
Well here at C.C.R. we try and do all sorts of things and this time I wanted to show you a cool lamp we just made.
This is perfect for the Gear head in your family and am sure that they would like it in their garage, workshop or office.
I used my CB750 parts and a couple of Hot Rod parts to make this cool set up. and over 18 inches high this is a really cool look and is functional as well.
Good luck knocking it over as it weighs in at a nice and solid 30 pounds.
All made here at the shop I wanted to have that steam punk look and show that we are into mechanical things, the parts you will see are from the good Old CB750 HONDA and have used the Brake Rotor, The Clutch and basket, the gear tumbler, the gearbox and the front wheel spool, to turn this into a head turning Table lamp.
This has 2 lamps and a cord with a switch, so all you have to do is find somewhere to sit the thing, plug it in and there you go, a great shop lamp.
Have a look and see what you think, as this is a great set up and I know you will like it, plus its hand made and everything is what is in the shop.
Of course we can ship anywhere around the globe too. Thanks for looking.

Subject: Re: HONDA CB650 1979
Description::
I have owned this bike since 2011 and have thoroughly enjoyed it. Unfortunately my conditions have changed and I cannot use this bike any longer. Instead of it collected dust and suffer from not being used regularly, I figured it was time to sell. I used this bike a lot when I did ride, at least twice a week from Orange County to Los Angeles, without any problems. And at least once a weekend for a long joy ride.
It is a beautiful and enjoyable bike. When I first got it, I was having issues with the power, it wouldn’t hold a charge. I read blogs on this particular model and found it to be the electric rotor. I replaced it in 2011 and haven’t had a problem since. It being my first bike, I did drop it a few times, but never at any kind of speed. Always in my garage. Since my owning it, I’ve had about $1,000 of maintenance work and upkeep. Replacing some wiring issues and tires as well.
Cons:
The front tire, as you’ll see in the photos is cracking a little bit, but nothing horrible. The back is still very new. All lights work expect the brake light is out, and the left rear turn signal is not working correctly.
I have never been able to figure this out. The bike does leak a small amount of oil, but this isn’t something that you or a shop would have a hard time replacing. Like I said, I have dropped it, so the side is scratched. You will see this in the pictures. The gas gauge has never worked, but this is really just a wiring issue.
Nothing major. Last thing too, the choke lever doesn’t work, but I’ve never even had to use it. Really, doesn’t matter, but I should mention that. The bike is from ’79. It is older. But for an old bike, I love it. Pros:
The bike starts immediately, never an issue with its cold starts being a California bike. The speed and cruising on this bike are fabulous. The gears all shift fine, neutral is easy to get to, the tranny is great. The bike was converted to a Cafe Racer by the previous owner, and he did a fabulous job.
The paint is gorgeous, the engine clean, he did bore it out then, and the bike is just amazing. I really can’t think of anything else to put here, it is a great bike that I miss I could keep as a showpiece, but I don’t have the money or time for it. Please ask any questions. I cannot personally ship, if you want to pick up or provide your own shipping arrangements, please contact me first. You may come see the bike first, but please make appointments.
My price is very firm, I don’t want to let it go. Payment expected in full via PayPal or cash. Money order or cashiers check may be accepted under circumstances. Enjoy.
