Bell Helmets Custom 500

Stop by the shop and get yours! Or if you can’t make the trip over, you can always add one to your online shopping cart.

These helmets range anywhere from $99.95-$139.95.

Throwbacks & retro lids are nice, but nothing beats an original. Back in 1954 Bell founder Roy Richter formed his first helmet out of fiberglass and named it the “500.” That moment was ground zero for the modern motorsport helmet and it gave rise to an entire industry. Bell’s Custom 500 pays homage to Richter’s original design and adds modern protective technology to bring the design up-to-date while still keeping the original’s aesthetic. By combining a custom fiberglass layup with a specially designed EPS foam layer, Bell engineers were able to craft a helmet that is at once light weight, narrow in profile, and DOT-compliant.

Huge Batch of 750 and 550 Exhaust systems. NOW DOHC TOO- $260!!!!!!

I now have a big line of Exhaust systems for the good old Honda’s and boy do they sound great, and these are selling like hot cakes.

These systems now fit, the CB500, the CB550, The CB750 SOHC and Now, available for the first time, the CB750 DOHC.

I have 50 sets of each right now and they are selling like proverbial hot cakes, these systems are affordable and ready to rock.

And at the New special price of $260 a set, how the FUDGE can you go wrong with that Price????

Have a look at just a few of the bikes I have had these systems on and the sound really is something else, if you go to my parts page, there is a video or two of me screaming down the tarmac with the 4 into 1 system blasting its deep dolcit tone.

These are all HAND MADE and they come in RAW STEEL, that way it keeps the cost down and you can decide if you want to powder coat, chrome or wrap them to your desire.

These are a Floating Flange set up, so if you have a 1969-1976 CB750 Model, A CB500, A CB550 or even now a 1979-1983 DOHC 750 you simply remove your old spigots that has the 2 Phillips screw heads and then take out the old crush gasket and fit new ones. they are available still at any motorcycle dealer, as CBR crush gaskets are the same.

Simply fit the crush gasket, then my exhaust system and use MX35mm bolts and there you go.

This does not have a bracket as it does sit tight into the head, but- you can weld a tab at the rear if you so desire, I do not  put the brackets on, as Then you are stuck with that fixing position.

Yes, the exhaust does get in the way of the center stand, and on the 500 and 550 model, the header is in the way of the oil filter.

But this is a true step into yesteryear and it sounds awesome, check the website for the video of me on the bike with that system.

Also, this come with an 8″ removable baffle too, so- you are all set to go.

I ship these all over the world, I have customers from Africa to Iceland and all seem to love the crisp bark this exhaust system delivers.

Now I have gone and fitted all sorts of NEW parts on here and this is a cool deal for some one as i have a ton of parts on this machine and I am sure this will be right up someones alley.
This bike is a Running bike but, it has it flaws and the price reflects that.
Here is the scoop on the bike .
The bike runs, but it needs motor work as I fired her up and after about 5 minutes of running, the head gasket has a leak, so that definitely needs sorting, but this has a frame adapter kit fitted so you can remove the motor from the frame really easy.
So here is a list of parts on this machine, just so you can see the amount of cool stuff this has and i mean it really does have a TON of Brand new parts fitted.

A few thousand dollars worth of New parts alone on this bike, but as I said, the issue with this is 2 fold.

(1) The motor needs to be rebuilt, she runs but head gasket leaks and not sure what else she may need but defiantly a rebuild on this engine, you could simply build another motor and swap all the new chrome and polished parts and fit in the bike and ride.

(2) This motorcycle does not have a title, I never had one for it as this was just parts in the shop that I have put together, so you would get a bill of sale from me but no title.
Now if this doesn’t sell, i shall simply build a motor and register and use as a shop bike, so no problem either way.

But a cool looking ride, stealthy and a fun looking machine with heaps and heaps of new parts.

I shall add photos and even a video of this running, so you can see and hear for yourself.
