Time and Tide wait for no Man or Woman

No matter what is going on in the world, one thing remands the same, and that is the ticking Clock, she will always continue to grind away 24-7 and I am vert aware at times of that as deadlines come up real fast when yo are a small business, but, there is nothing better than being your own boss, so that out weighs the stress and difficulties that we all endure at times in the trade that we are in. Time to get on my Bike and start to design some New parts for you all.

Things are changing for me and not long to go until I get my Own Brand New Workshop/Barn, exciting times for sure and look forward to spending some quality time in there and banging away at some projects that I must get completed my self. Sometimes I need to Police my self to get things finished, but a New Workshop is something to keep you Motivated that’s for sure.

I have just made up a bunch of Braided Hose Oil Lines and Braided brake lines, one piece and 2 piece front brake lines to cover any of your builds and continue to make and design more parts for the inline four, as well as other makes too. Have fun on your Machines this weekend everybody.

A Day in the life of Yours truly.

Well, cant believe I am fast approaching 20 years that I have been over here and creating Custom machines and of course, parts to go with it, I have to stop and pinch myself sometimes, but there it is – 2 decades and still moving along, maybe not as fast as back in 2000 but still have a spring in my limpy step.

Now, just yesterday about 10pm, I heard my phone make that familiar “Ping” I thought that it is probably just spam etc but I picked it up and there was a message from a Japanese guy on Facebook, he said “Is this you?” And there was a thumbnail of a picture.

I clicked on it and Bloody Nora, it was me back in 1997 with my Old 1969 Triumph Daytona.

I remember that day like it was last week, I rode it all the way to the East coast from my flat in North London and boy, was that great fun to ride to, the bike kept spluttering at Hemsby but It was only the carbs and a clean out and tune and she was good as new, thats when Osamu Imai snapped this photo of me in 1997.

So I thought I would share that with you, the bike looked a little different 6 months before when I rode it again to Hemsby but I want happy with white and wanted black, here is my Kicking the bike over to go for a ride in 1996 before I painted it Black.

So, cherish every day, as time really does belt along, that was 50 pounds ago too. LOL!

Just a few tunes on the net I have seen and like.

Well, its Hump day, and seeing as the next day is Thanksgiving, some of you may have some time on your hands whilst everyone else is asleep from eating too much Turkey.

So what I have done here is a compilation of music I have liked on the internet, and hopefully there may be one there you will like.

Below, this old geezer knocked up a guitar out of timber from the Barn door to a tree outside and boy that Blues Slide is a great riff.

Now below is the unbelievable Samantha Fish- She sure can play Blues slide and I loved this rendition of “Shake Them All Down”
This song Rocks!

OK Below is Little Toby Lee, this kid can shred like the best and what a great Dedicational play to Malcom Young of AC/DC, this kid is Dynamite. I so wish I had a millionth of this lads talent, so super cool what a brilliant guy and good luck to him, not that he needs it, such passion for playing.

What I wanted to show was just sheer talent at any level, I wanted to play the drums and thought I would be great, I mean I can tap a pencil to anything, had a go and what the heck, the coordination is so hard and if I had a hat on, I would take it off to ALL drummers, so this chap Below is Jordan Cannata and this 3 minutes of drumming is super cool.
You may not like Drums but you cannot get away from this guys speed and dexterity, Right on mate.

Next up is a buddy of mine who I knew back home in London, he has a great band and this is just part of the things he can do, Dean has been playing since he was knee high, this song. The Black Tibetans – “Esmae” was recorded about 7 years ago but still rocks, Dean also is the Co Founder of Dice Magazine.

The Bird is well Ropey, I was laughing my socks off watching this, no idea where this came up and see a few faces I know from Back home but It just made me crack up today, so sit back and get the cringe Meter out as it will go off the peg! No Skid Lids and riding with your Gob open is a nice invite for any insect to enter for a look. LOL!

Below is Imelda May- Ireland’s Gorgeous Rocking Singer, – I hear many complain that she has sold out, changed her image and style, but I think many people forget.

imelda1

She is a musician, she is finding her own way, her own route in the life of a music icon and I wish her all the luck in the world, although she is Irish and has plenty of luck of her own.

imelda2

Sure I miss that Ram Horn Hair style but I still dig her and good on her for following her dream,.

My Newest Exhaust System The Predator for all SOHC CB750 Honda’s

Hey All

Well here we are again and wanted to try and bring you a custom set up that you may well like to have on your inline Four machine Honda.

predator2

Been here over 17 years and love turning out different parts for you all and I send my parts all over the globe, so this time I though a Custom exhaust system might be in order and here it is.

predator3

This is a Super Custom design and internally has a bag of tricks that a Magician would love to own, its secret but all you need to know is that it will give you More performance.

It will be available as a Raw Steel set up or as you see on here right now, a Custom Version where We send you the header and Wrap kit, and a Chromed rear tail section and removable Baffle.

predator4

We will also offer a Black Or Silver ceramic option too, so you have pretty much everything you need to decide on color and look etc.

You simply fit and have fun, as that’s what it is all about, this is a great set up and I know some of you will be right into this out of the bat.

predator5

No need for the old flanges and also on 77 and 78 Models, none of them terrible Half Moon shims to bother with, Just remove your stock spigots, fit New Crush Gaskets ( We offer them too ).

Fit to bike and hear the difference, this will breath like New lungs and boy does it look sharp.

predator15

I ship 6 days a week and also over sea’s. I help on the Customs forms too- so you do not get hammered on import taxes where you are not supposed to anyway.

Have a look and see what you think, this is a unique set up, as used by AMA Race bikes back in the day, I found the magic formula and this is the result, hope you like it.

predator16

Drop me a line at carpy@carpyscaferacers.com and I will give you all the information you might want to know about this great exhaust system, I am here to help and help I shall.

You can also drop me a Dime at: 714-598-8392 and, if you are still a little impatient, you can text me on that same number, how’s that for Service?

predator23

I have to chrome the tail sections so that take a week but other than that these are ready to go. Thanks for taking your time out of your day to check out whats going on here at carpyscaferacers I really do appreciate it.

The Damned 1963

Well, when this weird movie came out, I was just a year old, its crappy and black and white but that’s what I love about the old B movies, suspense and thrillers, a few Rockers thrown in and there you go. A totally weird movie, but just for the tacky music and the great motorcycles, clothing and old School England, brings back great memories for me.

Dont take it for seriousness, its a mix of Juvenile delinquents, Social welfare, espionage, Government secrets, and science fiction all rolled into a small sandwich to get your teeth into. It may not be the best sandwich you ate but- you will sure remember it. LOL.

the damned 1963b

Movie Info:

Joseph Losey directed this unusual science fiction effort, which has won a small but fervent cult following. Simon Wells (MacDonald Carey) is an American visiting England, where he meets a woman named Joan (Shirley Ann Field).

the damned

Simon is immediately attracted to Joan, but there’s a considerable obstacle in their budding romance: Joan’s brother King (Oliver Reed), the leader of a violent pack of motorcycle Rockers. King has a barely concealed incestuous attachment to his sister, and he sometimes uses her to lure victims into his gang’s clutches.

the damned 1963

King and his cronies attack Simon, take his money, and leave him stranded, where he’s eventually found by a pair of military security men. Simon is brought to the home of Bernard (Alexander Knox), a scientist working on a secret project for the government, and his girlfriend Freya (Viveca Lindfors), a sculptor.

TheDamned_002

Joan eventually tracks Simon down in hopes of winning his forgiveness, but another run-in with King causes Simon and Joan to discover a cave that holds a terrible secret: a group of strange, cold-blooded children who were the products of one of Bernard’s experiments gone wrong.

the damned 1963e
The children were genetically engineered to survive a nuclear war, and, as a result, they are radioactive enough to kill anyone who comes in close contact with them. Controversial in its day, The Damned was produced in England in 1961 but was not released until 1963, when Hammer Films booked it as the second-half of a double bill with Maniac. It did not reach American screens until 1965, when it was shown under the title These Are the Damned. ~ Mark Deming, Rovi

the damned 1963a

This is a film not often seen these days.

I have the film and will show it to fellow 59 Club members on a film night to make it more fun.

Here is the whole shooting match if you have time to atch, its slow but its history, a little like a cross between Clockwork orange and Rockers.
